USE YOUR FRIENDS or USE AN INFLUENCER

During a FB live session have an influencer(s)/partner/ Friend place some #hashtags in your chat (after 2 min or 5 viewers whichever comes first).

Make sure the hashtags are relevant to you and or ones you consistently use.

Do not place more than 6 at a time.

Watch your lighting.

Watch your Language.

DO NOT SMOKE DURING A LIVE FEED.

Train Your Users To Engage

1. Make sure to Encourage and train your consistent viewers to ask questions, interact, and do more than just a "like", angry faces, wow faces spread more across the FB algorithm than just a heart or a thumb.

2. This is done by asking questions during your feed

3. This is done by posting questions to be answered in your feed

4. This is done by engaging (Say Hi, Welcome, ask a personal question) everyone that comes in and visits your Live Feed.

Help Yourself Help Your Business

Getting a Rating on a business page with a comment can equate to a $150+ page boost depending on the overall size of your subscriber base.
10X modifier to this would be a business to business like and rating.
Commented Ratings are worth way more than just a rating
Share the ratings you just received to your page for the extra boost and hopefully more ratings.
Create an incentive to rate, comment, subscribe. Contests are normally easy and fun.

Let your audience Know your coming

Let us know when you are going to go live longer than 2 minutes, don't just do it...Use the "Premier" Option and get fancy, or schedule a watch party with a prep post and a call to action so you can get those viewers. Remember the whole point of FB live is to get live interaction.
Live Parties are great for sellers groups or informational settings.
Premier is great for sustained live views, lead generation, and selling parties.

I CHALLENGE YOU

I challenge you to the 30day challenge: 1 video (30sec to 2 min) a day with proper hash-tags and titles to build your pages content and spread the word of your awesomeness.

Hash-tags #likethis but make sure they are relevant to you and your business.

Video Meta Tags – After Video is posted, select edit post and this is where the meta tags will go.

OVERCOMING SALES OBJECTIONS - BASICS

How do you go about Overcoming Sales Objections
Remember to have any chance of overcoming sales objections you must first have established mutual trust and confidence and let the prospect know that you are there to be both an advocate and a consultant. If you can establish the rapport it will assist you greatly.

1) Hear the person out - Listen fully!
When overcoming sales objections, don't interrupt. Listen patiently and intently. Interrupting a prospect will intensify the objection and cause prospects to become preoccupied with it.
You must completely focus on the prospect to determine the real significance of this objection. Let your genuine concern and sincere interest show on your face.
Don't anticipate what he/she is saying and finish the sentence for him/her, just because you've heard every objection under the sun doesn’t mean that you needn't listen fully to your prospect's objection. He/she may have a unique twist.
If appropriate, close your order book to take the tension off him/her.
Avoid leaping on the objection before the person finishes - that will only elicit irritation and a sense of being discounted.

2) Feed the Objection back for confirmation.
By restating the objection, you show your concern for the prospect and get clarification in case you misunderstood his/her point. ( Avoid paraphrasing the objection at this time, build rapport by repeating the exact words your prospect used ). Some prospects even withdraw their objections once they hear them spoken aloud.
While restating the objection you can begin to consider your initial strategy to minimize, ignore or handle the objection.
Hint : As you feed the objection back act a little bit surprised. If you've established value, you are surprised that he/she would have an objection. He would say something like, "well, gee, I don't have the time."
"You don't have the time?"
Just like that. You feed the objection right back to him/her. Remember, if you listen, totally, then you will hear things that are not verbalized.

3) Qualify it as the only true objection.
When overcoming sales objections you need to qualify it as a true objection.
You may choose to say, "You mean that's the only reason you're not buying?"
Now he can either say yes or no. This smokes out the real objection. If it’s a fake objection the prospect will say “No.” then you can ask what are his or her other concerns. If he says "yes, that's the only reason why I'm not buying'' you now know the real objection and you can start to answer it.
Alternatively, you may like to try a method employed by Lee DeBois called the “Obviously you…” / “just suppose” technique.

4) Gently question and explore the Objection.

Once you have the real objection. Invite the person to elaborate fully, ask questions to specify their objection. Is it comprised of fluff, non-specific and overgeneralized statements?
Nod to accept their answers (even if unreasonable) and continue with questions. Frequently, it will take three to seven questions to truly explore the obstacle you face.
Explain the objection, as you understand it, for clarity – “I can appreciate that, so what you are saying is (objection).” Or "Do I understand you to mean that..." .Isolate the objection and lock it down.
Rephrase your question in a way that incorporates the solution. "So if I were able to get you a longer warranty, would that be enough for you to make a decision?" That also smokes it out if it is a false objection.
This is a part of the Rapport building process.
5) Answer the objection:
Having completed the following 4 steps you are in a good position for overcoming sales objections.
Actually you can just choose to ignore some sales objections and go back to establishing value ( which is the next step anyway ).
There are many ways for overcoming sales objections:
You can answer by admitting the shortcoming of your product and shifting quickly to a strong advantage--- e.g. “Yes our matrix platform adjusts only forty degrees horizontally, but it provides 50% more vertical adjustment than any other machine”.
You can submit a testimonial letter, a competitive comparison chart , or a special time-sensitive or price-related offer.
Rather than frame an "objections" as a disagreement you can reframe every "objection" into a question that you welcome. Perhaps even reframe an objection so that it becomes an advantage or seems trivial in the eyes of the prospect.
You can lead a person to answer his or her own objection by asking appropriate questions.
The most advanced methods for overcoming sales objections can be found in the process of reframing. This technique is based on the fact that all meaning is context dependent. So, a cloudy, 70 degree day is great summer weather for Anchorage, Alaska (actually they celebrate that kind of weather in Anchorage). But in Hawaii ..? Not so good!
Consider that almost any meaning can be reframed by either a change in content or context. Further information about this amazingly useful concept can be found in my overcoming sales objections eBook. 6) Check and test for satisfaction that the objection has been dealt with.
As you’re overcoming sales objections you need to confirm the answer has been received and understood. Don’t reply to the objection and leave it hanging in the air.Now that solves the problem, doesn’t it ? "When you think of it that way, how do you feel about this product satisfying your needs?"“I guess we’ve made that clear?”"With that question solved, we can go ahead, can’t we?"
If the client says yes, you can lead to a close. If the prospect doesn't feel that his objection has been dispelled, you have some choices.
Now you must prove what you suggested to the prospect. This is the time to demonstrate value, list comparisons, and prove benefits. If you cannot answer the prospect in a way that's different or sets you apart from others, you'll never close this (or any) sale.
No one can predict the future but history often repeats itself, so statistics and facts are valuable tools for changing minds. Bring them along. The proof you show is limited only by your imagination and the ability to back it up. When you believe it, they'll believe it. They can see it in your face and hear it in your voice. Then selling is easy.
Your other choice is to point out to the client that even given his objection, the other benefits of proceeding outweigh it.

7) Reorient the person to his / her criteria of values and lead into a close.
In overcoming sales objections it's easy to let an objection disorient and confuse. Use questions that invite the person to reorient to what's really important; to the major benefits of the product and what is important to his/her specific situation. These should make the objection look small. Now that you have uncovered the prospect's needs and reinforced the value of your offering you can bridge to a close. By this time closing the sale should be "fait accompli" -- the natural outcome of all that has come before.
At this point you can just ask for the order simply and directly or employ any number of trail closes or closing methods. It’s often good to describe similar situations when you close; people like to know about others in the same situation as themselves.

Sales Psychology: WhyLogic makes or breaks every sale

Look at the mental make-up of salespeople themselves and brake down the beliefs required to successfully pitch products.
Today, I’m counting backwards through my keys to sales success by analyzing the logical, rational approach to sales. You’ll get specific tips that show you precisely how to rationalize the dollars right out every prospect’s tightly guarded wallet.
Emotion versus Logic (battle of the sales gurus)
In the 70s and 80s every sales training consultant worked hard to convince the world’s corporations that the secret to their customer’s dollars lay in the artful manipulation of logic and reasoning.
In the 90s some clever person figured out that emotion made the big difference. The gurus started saying things like “People only ever buy what feels right”.
They’re both right. JamesChartrand summed it up perfectly in a comment the other day:
“We buy on emotion and justify with logic.”
Both elements are critical parts of the same sales equation. If you want to be the best salesperson possible, you must master both.
It’s also worth noting that sales techniques lacking logic tend to create buyers remorse. Why? Because the right feeling might make you hand over cash but it’s “good decision making” that’ll keep you happy for weeks to come.
Good decisions need to be rationalized and justified. Here’s how to make sure it happens every time…
A few weeks ago, I was unfortunate enough to get pitched by an “emotional sales” trained sales rep. I was shopping for summer clothes – having just finished my recent mountain hermit experience. Having already decided to buy an armful of stuff, the eager shop assistant asked me if I was “… on the lookout for shoes today?”
When I replied with a noncommittal mumble, he dragged me over to a rack of beautiful Italian business shoes, loudly describing the various kinesthetic and emotional good vibes that other customers had reported after wearing them.
The poor guy was doing his best. In his defense, I was wearing a suit and tie. He thought I looked like someone who might buy a pair of overpriced shoes.
The problem? I already own a pair. I was wearing them. I wasn’t looking for business shoes – I was looking for sneakers.
First step: Find the Buying Criteria
Our buying criteria are the logical checklist that we hold at the front of our conscious mind while shopping for anything. It’s what we tell ourselves we want.
Eliciting the buying criteria from your prospect must always be the first step in any sales pitch. This fundamental piece of rationalization must come before everything else.
Why? Because otherwise you don’t know what the hell the person wants!
The shoe salesman had a fantastic opportunity to show me sneakers, but he assumed my buying criteria and pissed me off by delivering a “hard” emotional sell for something I didn’t want.
Opening your prospect’s mind to other purchase opportunities is a valid argument, especially in retail… but it’s only ever appropriate after you find out what they’re really after in the first place.
The over-eager shop assistant missed the chance to sell a pair of sneakers (which they DID stock) simply because he didn’t think to ask “What else are you looking for?”
Finding the buying criteria is easy. If you’re involved in face to face sales, just ask. People will appreciate it. If you’re selling online, simply make sure that your landing page gives people ample opportunity to find what they’re looking for. Even better, clearly list what you’ve got so that the people who don’t want it can move on, fast.
Second step: Give reasoning suggestions
Once the buying criterion has been established and you’ve confirmed that you have what the prospect wants, it’s time to do battle with the inner critic.
Don’t start meditating on the voices in your head – I don’t mean your inner critic, I mean the prospects! As a salesperson, you need to be able to reach inside their mind and silence the subversive outbursts of that voice of so-called reason.
The inner critic isn’t always negative or destructive. It’s main objective is to keep us safe. This can be either deadly or fantastic, depending on the situation. In the context of purchases, the inner critic pipes up to protect us from impulsive, stupid decisions. This is good news for trigger happy consumers but bad news for you, the salesperson.
And it gets worse…
While your prospect’s inner critic is trying to talk them out of buying your stuff, it is also playing an insidious psychological game. It adopts the form and voice of nearest and dearest family and friends. Is that manipulative or what?!
The prospect will unconsciously hear their partner’s voice, questioning (or berating) them for making an unnecessary purchase. Perhaps they’ll hear the voice of a good friend, doubting their judgment. Some people (more than you’d think) hear their parents warning them to watch their spending.
No matter what the judgment, criticism or question is, the unconscious mind wraps it up in a voice that pushes enough emotional buttons to get noticed. Like a shape shifter scrooge, it morphs into an authority figure who’s opinion the prospect values.
This is what you’re up against.
The good news is that your prospect is up against it too. She desperately wants to buy what you’re offering, but the voice of the critic weighs heavily on her mind.
How to silence the inner critic for good
When crafting your pitch, scripting your patter or writing your copy, you need to list the logical, rational reasoning with which your prospect might disarm the voices in their head.
At the penultimate moment of the sales process, it’s likely that your prospect will be paralyzed by the inner critic and it’s emotional hold on their thinking. This vice-grip prevents your client rationalizing to the best of their ability.
Enter the salesperson – it is your job to help!
Here’s the formula to craft your critic-busting pitch:
1. Think of all the people who will be affected by your prospect’s decision to buy. Depending on your product, you may need to include even people who would notice your prospect’s purchase. e.g.
  • Partner
  • Parent
  • Colleagues
  • Close friends
  • Boss
  • Teacher
  • Staff
Not all of these will be relevant – it all depends on your specific product.
2. List every rational justification for your purchase you can dream up.
3. Test them out with your own inner critic.
Run through the list of people you’ve got and imagine them berating you for buying your stuff. Are your reasons good enough to shut them up?
4. Go back to step three and be twice as tough.
I shouldn’t even need to explain why.
5. Incorporate your new found rationalization into your pitch or advertising.
My business took off through rationalization.
Years ago, I often struggled to successfully pitch my consultancy services to large corporations. I didn’t know it at the time, but every time I failed it was due to a lack of rationalization.
When I pitched a “decision maker” their inner critic would morph into their boss. Even as I spoke to them, I’d see their eyes glaze over as they heard questions like:
“You’re a manager, why do you need a consultant to help you manage your people?”
“Why can’t you sort out your own staff issues?!”
“How is this expense justified?!!”
Everything changed for me when I figured out what was going on. I started pitching executives a trial service. I’d develop their sales people or leadership team and deliver a comprehensive, empirical Return on Investment Report upon completion.
I’d even show them an ROI report from a previous client, just to give them a taste of what was to come.
An ROI report completely justified the expense. The ability to drop a slick folder onto their bosses desk was music to their ears. The inner critic slunk away with it’s tail between it’s legs!

Maybe this might help you get some hits

By Vincent Markesino "Vinny the Marketer"

PART 1

10 RAPID FIRE EXPLANATIONS OF WHY WHAT'S IMPORTANT WHEN GETTING YOUR CHANNELS ROLLING

But First Why do I always yak about Google and YouTube?

_________ AND WITH THAT__________

10 Main Points and more....

1

Plan out what videos will be posted (CONTENT CREATION PLAN): 1 a week, 2 a day whatever, and stick to that format so your subscribers will get into the swing of it. Inconsistent posting will for sure cause your base viewers to miss your post, lowering the over effect and impressions of the video.  Some methods that automatically help are:

1. Make sure there is common elements in Title X2, body, META, Hash Tags.

TITLE KEY WORD X2 (IN TITLE) + TITLE REPEATED WORD OR WORDS IN BODY + COMMON WORD OR WORDS IN META SECTION OF VIDEO + HASHTAGS + AD CONTROL ELEMENTS

2. Copy Cat + Proper set up Tips Stated Below

2

Do not set the video as an ad until it has a chance to get all its organic hits first. This can be 5 hours 10 hours or 48 hours depending on the number of subscribers you have.  Why pay for people to see something they were already going to see?
VIDEOS - EDIT – PROMOTE or STUDIO – OTHER FEATURES or SETTINGS

3

Meta Tags are not a set and forget thing.  Meta tags are based on the ebb and flow of the internet and YouTube, so it is critical to update your meta tags you are using on the videos you are placing, sometimes this needs to be a per video thing.
CHANNEL - UPLOAD DEFAULTS – TAGS or STUDIO – OTHER FEATURES – MORE or SETTINGS

4

Channel Tags are more of a set and forget thing compared to the videos searchable meta tags.  The channels tags will help people find you by title or type of video, you can also add in long tail words to assist in people finding your videos such as using “DIY” “tutorial” “funny videos” “You Know What Pisses Me Off” etc. I would refresh some of the obscure words every few weeks though to keep new discovery prevalent...
CHANNEL – ADVANCED – CHANNEL KEYWORDS or STUDIO – OTHER FEATURES – CUSTOMIZE CHANNEL or SETTINGS

5

Make sure your branding is set up, this way people can stay aware who is the owner of the video and where they would need to go for more information. This is also an impressive feature to have when using YouTube to present company materials. Hashtags / pound sign / libra pondo / number sign / octothorp / or  help as branding and help tracking.
CHANNEL – BRANDING STUDIO – OTHER FEATURES – MORE or STUDIO – OTHER FEATURES – STATUS AND FEATURES – BRANDING or SETTINGS

6

Organize any loose end content or content that is very different from the normal content you are posting. Sometime these sub categories or Playlists can help people find your videos better since the Playlists name is a searchable term, so do not avoid using them.
VIDEO MANAGER – PLAYLISTS

7

If your goal is to Monetize and become a YouTube partner you will need to understand something, it is not about how much money you throw out there, it is really about substance and viewer frequency is gained by those who are watching your channel.

This would be like Facebook Edge Rank. A channel can post a video and put money under it to boost it, but will it be shown to anyone who actually cares, will you know it reached it potential for the money you spent?

If the combination of meta tags, channel keywords, title, repeat title, body, cards, end screen annotations, and of course the actual substance of the video. To Monetize you will need not just 4000 view hours within a years’ time, but you will also need 1000+ consistent subscribers.

Be careful using any service that says they will get you hits or subscribers by paying for it: once banned for those things there is typically is no coming back.
CHANNEL – MONETIZATION or STUDIO – OTHER FEATURES or SETTINGS

8

Tracking Progress is a pretty important thing especially when using advertisement money. I would suggest before any campaigning on your ads, to research and set up your Google Tag Manager, Google Ad Words, and Google Analytics because these systems will be attaching to your videos when you place a paid ad.

The Analytics Tracker will only be the UA-XXXXXXXXX-X number and not the surrounding code. Tag manager and Facebook Pixel can be checked if set up correctly using the TAG Assistant or Pixel Helper (Google Chrome extensions) / (Pixel will track the links you place on FB that lead to web pages or YouTube and the reverse tracking also happens from Web pages to Facebook).
CHANNEL – ADVANCED or SETTINGS

9

Sparking Influence and drawing conversations onto your YouTube channel can be a hard task since most came directly to the page for a reason / targeted search.  Depending on the content you release you will be greeted with an amount of spam, actual subscribers, trolls, and people who are totally lost.

Make sure to stay in the tone of the page and address all questions and comments with in 48 Hours of receiving it.  The longer the question goes unanswered the less likely even the sender of the message will ever see that message again.  Share to all related Social Networks , Blog and if prolific content / your site.
HOME PAGE – DISCUSSION – OR VIDEO COMMENTS or STUDIO – COMMENTS or SETTINGS

10

Your channels analytics can be pretty tough to read if you are not too familiar with analytics in general.  Values of costs per hit or group of interactions can be the difference of wasting money and going viral.

2018 YouTube Creator Studio went through a massive overhaul which has made analytic reading on your YouTube pages a little more of a tricky feat, and another update overhaul is scheduled in early 2019.  The most general stats can be some of the most important so be on the watch for Retention, Watch Times, Views, and CPC Values.
STUDIO – ANALYTICS – OVERVIEW + REACH VIEWERS + INTEREST VIEWERS + READOUTS

AD UNDERSTANDING

THE MORE YOU KNOW THE BETTER

VINNY THE MARKETER TIPS & ACTIONS FOR HITS TODAY

Change that old underwear!!

For Real!! Keep the page tidy, fresh and clean. The cool thing how You Tube works, is there is an Edge rank for a Channel, they award you for interacting with everything they offer.

Something to consider - stagnation leads to stagnate results. If your viewers never get notified about your page, will they ever really check back in? So what are and why are your still posting!! I have a program that can do that for me, and You Tube has that built-in scheduler: I can load 1000000 videos in a day to release over the course a year.

What am I talking about?

As someone subscribes to a channel on YouTube particular actions that the pages admin preforms a subscriber based email set. The most common being "THIS CHANNEL HAS UPLOADED A NEW VIDEO!!!!!!!!!!!"

Guess what our emails systems start to do to emails we never open?...

They stop really notifying us this is happening. But this is where the clean underwear reference comes in handy.  New notifications come to subscribers when playlists are created and open, new channel art, thumbnails, open questions proposed in open comments section etc...

*This can be seasonal, monthly, or if your handy with Photoshop, weekly. This is also a great way to categorize videos by look as well as by different playlists.

Use the options YouTube gave us or YouTube and Google wont work very well for you.

PART 3

VINNY THE MARKETER TIPS & ACTIONS FOR HITS TOMORROW

SOMETIMES WRONG IS RIGHT?

Are you a comedy page? A news page? Whatever you are representing there has to be someone out there somewhere doing something somewhat similar, or doing something you could only wish you could replicate . Now I don't exactly mean copy someones content but I do mean use the power of the almighty Googler and research the competition.

By using a few very open and available tools you can see the exact methodology a YouTube Channel or Video are using to generate their SEO. Here's what we can look for that "might" add to your SEO and "possibly" increase your ranking exponentially.

*Might and Possibly are used because there are a slue of factors involved with ranking a channel, ranking a video, ranking a group etc, and every factor even something as dumb as your own name can be just as important as the other.  Sometimes wrong is right? Oh god...

Key Words and Long Tail Key words are systematic wording used to help users crawl the internet and pinpoint something they wanted to actually see (In a nutshell). This doesn't mean type books of meta data and keywords hoping to use a whale net to catch subscribers....  You actually are going to be fishing for minnows as we grow, so a whales net is probably not a wise tool to use: if you try and blow up to fast you will fail always.

Why would spelling things wrong matter? Why can spelling things wrong actually help you gain audience?  It matters because we all don't use grammarly or spell check when doing specific or random searching vie You Tube.

Google, Bing, Duck Duck Go, Yahoo, Microsoft, Cisco, (everyone really) all have divisions of actual people who are meta specialists that have the only job of entering data into the mainframe to help search results (similar to a site map); the majority of this is entering odd and misspelled phrasing for things that have normally high search results. Grammar and cleanliness matter when you make an ad on YouTube so spell it right or it will boot your ad.  TRUST ME :(

This keeps the internet fresh, and keeps pages from being locked to the top companies because they spend more money on ad space, this gives more of a fair chance to the small business owner.  So if you are a comedy page try using the key word "funny vid3os" instead of "funny video" (probably best to use both).

PassiveVS Present

Passive VS Present.  I’ve noticed recently that there is a pretty significant distinction between passively waiting for something to happen/change/occur VS being present to what is happening.  The former puts me in a position to react to what comes up.  The latter gives me a birds-eye view of what is happening right now; and the better I get at being present now, the better able I am to see when it is my moment to act or do something to influence a given situation.
A simple example is the way we respond to traffic signals and situations.  You’re stopped at a red light.  The passive response is to drum your fingers in aggravation at the wait, check your text messages, daydream about the meeting you just came from or the vacation you have planned.  Being present is noticing the other cars at the intersection, paying attention to the flow of traffic, even simply noticing your breath or how close you are to the car in front of you.  There is a quality of unconsciousness to the former and a consciousness to the latter.
I guess you could call it a sort of Zen concept, this “being present.”  It’s noticing without having a head full of commentary, explanations or questions.  It is being fully in this moment rather than dragging the past around, laying it over the present and then trying to predict the future.
You might be asking “Well, what difference does it make?”  The difference it makes is this:  When I’m passive I am at the effect of what is happening.  When I am present I am part of the action; I’m observing (not preparing, or waiting, or mentally explaining or planning).  Being present puts me in a position to more clearly know what to do and when to do it.  And sometimes that means not doing anything—not by default but by design.
How do you become more present?  I recommend two things:  1) practice a daily period of meditation, contemplation or other form of quieting the mind; 2) develop the habit of seeing and listening in everyday situations and experiences (think of the traffic example above) without automatically starting your internal or external commentator button.  Both are pathways to the present.
This week’s challenge:  Give up passive waiting and start being actively present.  And remember these words from Chinese sage Chuang Tzu:  “The non-action of the wise man is not inaction.”
